The iPRO Modern Slavery Assessment Tool is a system of continuous improvement.

 

The Modern Slavery Assessment Tool gives you all the risk insights, mitigation actions, and KPI measurements to demonstrate continuous improvement in the way that you assess, address, and report on your modern slavery risks for your annual Modern Slavey Statement.

The first step is to assess your suppliers. Once your suppliers are assessed, you can then use the reporting information to make decisions about what’s next.

As you move forward post-assessment, it’s important to keep the next reporting period in-mind and ask yourself what you want to achieve before your next Modern Slavery Statement submission.

 

Depending on your goals for the next 12-months, you could:

• Use the Reporting and Modern Slavery Statement Draft to write your Modern Slavery Statement.

• Engage suppliers who have completed the assessment to reduce your unmitigated risk score.

• Follow up suppliers who are yet to complete an assessment.

• Evaluate and expand the total number of suppliers you’re assessing

• Request Supporting Documentation from your suppliers.
